North Coast Engineers Power Control Panel is set up as a 3-amp power system for you model railroad(Power supply not included).  This panel is designed for the Power Pro controller (sold seperately) and can be used not only to operate your model trains, but with the correct flat cable, can be used to program your decoders on your DCC model railroad.
